Eligibility for Returns
- Only unused and unopened products are eligible for return
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned
Process
- Raise a return request via email or phone
- Send the product back to us via courier
- After inspection, refund or replacement will be processed
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in case of defective/wrong product)
Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, we will provide a free replacement.
